I came across this picture and it made me a little homesick. I am up in Idaho for three weeks with the girls. John could not get work off so he is at home slaving away. He told me that yesterday he surfed for six hours at Churches and then went back again today. Sleeping, eating, and surfing! Sounds like a new born baby, oh wait, that would be pooping. Tough life huh!! Well anyway, I miss him and our walks with the kids by the beach. One more week baby and we'll be home. We are having a really good time here with Nana and Papa. We went to Yellowstone's Bear World and it was really cool!! Tomorrow night is the Madison County Rodeo and we look forward to some roping, racing and cute cowboys!! You know I'm just kidding Johnny Boy!! I have lots of cute pics coming soon.
We took the girls to the Natural History Museum sometime this summer. It's all becoming a blur. Ellie is posing in the rose gardens. She looks so old in this picture. My baby is growing up without my permission! :)
Here is my Paige helping me make cookies before we went to Refugio. This of course reminded me of all the pictures from that trip I want to post. I hate to admit it but camping was really fun this year. Paige is always so eager to help, and of course stick her hands in the cookie dough!!
I love this picture of Emma because we have one of Elle sitting on this very turtle when she was the same age. I just gave Emma a little hair cut because her mullet was getting a little out of control. Her hair seems so much straighter now. :( What have I done??? Come back curls!!!

On the road again!!!!!!
Here we are heading to San Francisco for Jeff and Laurens wedding. At 1:30am we were off! It wasn't long until we were all out cold. I spared you all the picture John took of me. He is also taking a little cat nap behind the wheel. You don't fool us sweetie pie!! It went surprisingly fast and we were definitely glad to reach our destination. The girls could not wait to see their cousins!
Jeff and Lauren sitting in a tree..............
The event we came hundreds of miles to see. Jeff and Lauren were sealed in the Oakland Temple. It was such a beautiful day and we were so happy to be there. They are such a darling couple and we all love Lauren so much!!
The girls love their Uncle Jeff and could not wait until he and Lauren were officially married so they could call Lauren, "Aunt Lauren!!"
John and I can't believe we have been married for eight years. I love going to sealings with John because all the feelings come back of the day we were married. I am starting to feel slightly on the older side of things. I'm not quiet sure how I feel about that. I do know how I feel about John and my three beautiful girls, and I wouldn't change a thing!!!!

Bow Holder
Beside the fact that I have mistaken this thing for a person standing there in the dark of night, it has really been a welcome addition to the girlie's room!! Creepy!! I love having all their hair accessories in one place and have been looking for a unique way of doing it. I think I have succeeded. I still need to paint it though and I'm thinking about a coconut or butter-cream color. I must say that it is pretty adorable!!
